The back of the fabric is reinforced with a tightly woven backing. Split is tested to a Martindale of 30,000 which ensures that the fabric is very hard-wearing. Teco Woven features Our Teco woven fabric has a vintage look and instantly brings a lot of atmosphere into your home. Teco vintage fabric is a flat woven fabric with a very fine weave pattern. Teco is composed of 100% polyester thread and has a Martindale of 100,000, which ensures that this fabric is very hard-wearing and will not pill or tear easily. The luxurious sheen gives the Teco fabric a generous look and an interesting depth to the upholstered furniture. Characteristics Ferra velvet Our rich Ferra velvet has a distinctive structure, giving it a luxurious look and special sheen. The soft fabric is made of 100% polyester, which makes maintenance very easy. The Ferra textured velvet has a Martindale of 85,000, making it highly resistant to scratching, fading and pilling. Ferra feels very soft to the touch because of its chenille yarns, the jacquard weaving technique creates a voluminous upholstery. Maintenance of Spilt ribcord For stains, place a damp towel on the stain, this way the towel absorbs the stain. When the towel is saturated, repeat the process until the stain no longer gives off. Leave the last towel on the stain until the towel has dried. Note that rubbing causes the stain to soak into the sofa. Rubbing is therefore highly discouraged. Maintenance of Teco Woven Remove a stain by dabbing it with a clean cloth soaked in water and neutral soap. Bleaching, machine drying and dry cleaning are highly discouraged. Teco is a flat woven fabric, it can become rough in use and over time patina and shiny stains can appear on most used seats. Maintenance Ferra velvet Small stains can be easily removed with a damp cloth, larger stains can be dabbed with a damp cloth and a neutral furniture shampoo. If the fabric can be removed from the furniture, it can be washed inside out at 30 degrees. To maintain the velvet sheen, it is recommended to brush the furniture weekly with a special velvet brush. Stain protection For long-term stain protection, the fabric can be impregnated. When using impregnation, the fabric can be treated with the iProteqt brand for optimal protection. This textile protector makes the furniture fabric resistant to oil, water and grease-based liquids. It is recommended to do this as soon as possible after receipt to ensure instant protection.
