The top cabinet is made of pine and finished with a deep black stain. Pine is a natural material which we like to emphasize, the characterful grain markings is different with each item. This makes each piece of furniture unique. WARNING tipping hazard! For cabinets higher than 50 cm, we recommend paying extra attention to the wall mounting. Fall prevention mounting prevents accidents and ensures that the cabinet does not tip over. Material The pine furniture in our collections is FSC mix certified and is treated in various ways. For example, sanded pine is very smooth and neat and brushed pine, on the other hand, is known for its characteristic grain marks and lived-in look. For an even more robust look, pine is band sawn. Pine is characterized by a pale yellow color and visible flame markings. For this reason, we treat our pine furniture to significantly extend its lifespan. Treated pine is easy to keep clean with a slightly damp cloth. To avoid rings and spots in the wood, it is recommended to dry damp stains immediately. Delivery The pine sideboard comes in one package with clear assembly instructions. To protect hard floors, place felt glides under the legs of the New Gravure cabinets. For all furniture higher than 70 cm, make sure that the toppling safety device is properly mounted to prevent accidents.
